In 2025, Levi expanded his ownership at Whatfix to include the entire content, SEO, and website ecosystem. His focus has shifted toward conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, and anticipating the impact of large language models (LLMs) and zero-click search trends on organic visibility. He’s building an “appear everywhere” SEO strategy designed for the AI-first digital landscape. In 2024, Levi led the development of several new high-performing content assets including the Whatfix Compare Hub, Use Case Marketplace, and the launch of a new YouTube video series. The year culminated in 4.5M total blog sessions, $3.39M in ARR from content-first leads (a 400% YoY increase), and 404 SQLs influenced by content.
As the Director of Marketing at 2ndKitchen, Levi operated as a marketing department of one—owning everything from top-of-funnel content to CRM workflows. He launched a robust content engine publishing over 50 blog posts per month across multiple hospitality verticals, and implemented marketing automation via ActiveCampaign, building lead scoring, nurturing, and SMS engagement flows.
His efforts grew monthly inbound leads by 1,100% in just six months and scaled organic traffic by 800%, from 11,000 to 96,000 monthly visitors YoY. Levi also led the rapid go-to-market launch of “2ndKitchen 2Go” during the early days of COVID-19, driving 200+ inbounds within the first two weeks and converting 45% of them into booked meetings.
Levi joined G2 Crowd in 2015 as one of its earliest hires and quickly became an integral part of its content and SEO growth engine. Starting as a content specialist focused on categorizing software products and creating buyer-focused content, Levi soon took on outreach and SEO responsibilities. As SEO Community Manager, he helped grow organic traffic by 970%, increased referring domains by over 60%, and launched backlink acquisition programs that scaled the company’s off-page authority.
Promoted to Manager of Content and SEO in 2018, Levi led the launch of the Learn Hub with Jakub Rudnik, scaling it to 1.5M monthly visitors in just 15 months. He managed a team of four outreach specialists, owned cross-functional content campaigns, and reported key SEO and traffic KPIs directly to G2’s executive team. His years at G2 laid the foundation for his full-stack marketing skillset and deep expertise in content-led growth.
Levi graduated from Indiana University in 2014 with a degree in advertising, communications, and videography. During his time at IU, he completed graduate-level coursework at the Kelley School of Business and worked closely with local businesses and nonprofits to design marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and produce video content. These early hands-on experiences in creative storytelling, brand messaging, and digital marketing planted the seeds for his career in tech and SaaS marketing.
